Anaheim Girl's Love Story translation progress
I figured I'd post a little progress report on the AGLS translation, since I haven't really said anything about this since I first announced it on /m/ a couple of months ago. Today I finally managed to translate all the way to the end of one route (which took a little over five thousand lines, by the way). This doesn't exactly mean I'm close to finishing it though, since now I have to backtrack on the game's choices in order to translate the other two routes, one of which is a lot longer than the other two. Then I have to test every possible choice combination in the game to make sure I didn't miss anything and that my translation can follow any playthrough, and finally check the whole thing to fix whatever errors and typos and stuff I might have made. It's difficult to estimate how long all this will take, I guess a few more weeks? Dunno. Though at least I'm done with the largest part of it.
If there's anyone out there actually waiting for my translation, you might want to go ahead and get the game and make sure you can run it, I hear a lot of people have trouble getting it to work for some reason. I will not be providing a download to the game itself, just the translation, so don't ask me for it.

Well, here's volume 2, finished. This means I'm halfway done with the series already (or 1/3 done, counting the two volumes of Mazinger Angels Z).
Also, there's really no need to get the full batch if you already got the other chapters before. I only had to fix like, two or three typos total this time.

If you'd rather download just chapter 6 and the extras because you already have the other chapters, you can get them here. Though I recommend getting the volume batch anyway because all the previous chapters have little improvements like fixed typos and some better editing, and they're compressed better.

Anaheim Girl's Love Story
I am currently working on an English translation of this unofficial Gundam yuri visual novel (official website here, not safe for work). I plan on releasing it as a simple text translation, formatted as an HTML document that can be accommodated in a browser to the side or below the game window so it can be easily followed while playing, like in this picture (click for larger).
The reason for this being that I am a translator and not a programmer or hacker or anything, I don't know how to insert the translation into the game. I tried looking up how to do it, but it would take a pretty long time to learn it and I'd rather use my time translating more stuff, so I came up with this format instead.
If anyone else would like to try hacking the VN, feel free to use my translation once it's complete and released.
